What this document covers
These terms concern the informational website. Orders, installation, support, model licences and customer data handling belong in the agreements for your deployment.
01Who these terms cover
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Sovere AI website at sovere.ai and the information and downloadable resources it provides. “Sovere AI”, “we” and “us” refer to sovere.ai LLC, at Yekmalyan Street 6, Armenia. “You” refers to the person using the website, including someone evaluating our systems for an organisation.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Contact details for website and legal questions appear below.
02Website information and customer agreements
The website introduces our hardware, AI applications, deployment approach and commercial options. Browsing it, downloading a resource or preparing an enquiry does not place an order, reserve equipment or confirm a site visit.
A purchase or deployment requires a separate agreement with the identified supplying entity. That agreement sets the configuration, price, payment schedule, delivery and acceptance criteria, ownership arrangements, warranties and support obligations. Model licences and any data processing terms also need to be agreed where relevant. These website terms do not change an existing signed customer agreement.
03Using the website
You may read the website, share links and download materials offered for that purpose to evaluate Sovere AI for yourself or your organisation. Keep any copyright notices and qualifications with the material. Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to access systems, accounts or information without permission.
- Do not introduce harmful software, overload the website or interfere with another visitor’s access.
- Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent your authority or submit information you have no right to share.
- Do not remove ownership notices, resell website content or present our materials as your own.
04Content, brands and model licences
Rights in the website’s text, layout, artwork and other materials belong to Sovere AI or the relevant rights holders. Permission to evaluate the website does not give you ownership of those materials or a licence to use a brand, patent or model. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.
Third-party names and marks identify their respective products and owners. A reference does not itself establish a partnership or endorsement. Software and open-weight models may carry their own licence conditions; the applicable licence governs their use. Buying hardware does not remove those conditions.
05Specifications, pricing and availability
Published specifications, illustrations and prices help you compare options. Images may show product concepts. Capacity estimates depend on model size, configuration, the work being done and simultaneous use. GPU power figures are not whole-system power requirements. A site survey establishes the requirements for your installation.
Prices are shown in the stated currency, with hardware and the software, model setup and first-year service bundle distinguished on the pricing page. The initial total includes the first 12 months of managed AI service from acceptance; annual renewal starts in year two. Your written quotation confirms the final scope, any applicable taxes and charges, availability and delivery assumptions. Published timelines are estimates and depend on site readiness; planning permission and new power connections can require additional time.
We may correct errors and update website information. A website change does not amend a quotation or contract you have already accepted. Specific purchase commitments must appear in the applicable agreement.
06Enquiries and information you provide
Provide accurate business contact details and a general description of your project. Please leave out passwords, access keys, customer records, patient information and other confidential or sensitive material. A first enquiry is for scoping; it is not a secure channel for training data or a support data transfer.
The current project enquiry prepares a brief locally. It saves unfinished entries in the browser tab and shows a completion screen, but does not send a request, book a meeting or confirm a site visit. To contact us, send an email using the contact details below. Information you separately email is sent through your email service.
Sharing an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your business data or grant a general licence to train models on it. Any access to project materials must follow the confidentiality and data handling arrangements agreed for that engagement.
07Third-party resources
Links to another website or service are provided for context or to help you complete an action. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy notices. Review them before sharing information or making a commitment. Their content, availability and services are outside our control.
08Evaluating AI and security claims
The website describes capabilities, not a guarantee of results for every task. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and needs review appropriate to the work. Test a proposed system against your own tasks, requirements and acceptance criteria.
Local processing and customer control can support an organisation’s security and data governance requirements. They do not, by themselves, establish compliance with a law, standard or professional obligation. Your organisation remains responsible for deciding whether a deployment is suitable and for the decisions it makes using AI.
09Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will be free of errors. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, changes or circumstances beyond our control. Website information is provided for evaluation without a promise that it will meet a particular business requirement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website, including lost profits or business opportunities. This does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory right that the law does not allow us to exclude. Product and service liability is addressed in the relevant customer agreement.
10Changes and applicable law
An updated version will show its revision date. Material changes will be explained on this website. Changes to these website terms do not replace the process for amending a signed customer agreement.
Applicable law and any mandatory legal rights govern use of this website. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. A dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
11Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains the website’s handling of personal information and the distinction between website enquiries and data in a customer’s AI system. For questions about these terms or a proposed engagement, see the contact details and enquiry guidance on Contact Us.
